Raffles Boston Hotel and Residences in Boston, Massachusetts' Back Bay neighborhood. New 400,000 SF, 35-Story, 147 Key Hotel and 146 Branded Luxury Residences. First Raffles Branded Hotel in North America, 17th Floor Sky Lobby and Long Bar, Restaurant Space, Spa Facilities, Expansion Space for the University Club, Performed and authored Project assessment. Augmented the Developer construction management team at 75% completion with full-time, on-site project monitoring. 
•    Worked on the
One Steuart Lane Residences in San Francisco, California. New 333,850 SF, 20-Story Luxury Condominium. New high-rise with 120-Units, and 5,000 SF Retail Space. Performed project closeout of punchlist, permits and QA/QC.

Reviewed monthly draw requests and assisted in updating monthly financial reports. Coordinated jurisdictional and owner’s third-party testing/inspection. Tracked progress, managed owner responsibilities and monitoring and driving the schedule forward. Prepared the project for handover to the operator. Provided QA/QC to ensure delivery of high-quality design and construction.

Pendry Residences on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California. Served as Owner's Representative for construction of one eleven-story structure with 40 luxury residences (condominiums) and subterranean parking totaling 332,000 square feet. Part of a larger development on the same property including an eleven-story, 145,000 square foot, 149-key Pendry Hotel.   
•    Full-time, on-site job monitoring. 
•    Managed project from groundbreaking to closeout.  
•    Led continuous construction through global pandemic.
